📋 Description

• Participate in a paid ten-week virtual summer internship focused on applying HEOR skills to generate real-world evidence • Work on retrospective and prospective real-world evidence projects across various disease areas • Interact with pharmaceutical or medical device companies • Participate in research design • Manage and analyze large databases primarily using SAS • Develop research proposals • Identify and finalize ICD, HCPCS, and CPT codes for research engagements • Develop study reports and conference submissions • Address logistics and implementation issues associated with research studies • Contribute to health outcomes strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate student working toward a Doctor of Philosophy or equivalent degree in HEOR or a related discipline • Experience in SAS programming required • Knowledge of SQL preferred • Demonstrated record of scientific publication preferred, but not required • Understanding of analytical concepts and research methods pertaining to HEOR • Ability to communicate understanding effectively in verbal and written form • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Availability required through the length of the 10-week program
