📋 Description

• Perform business analysis activities in accordance with Innomar’s software development methodology • Support projects within a specific portfolio area, independently or with other Portfolio associates • Collect business requirements and functional specifications • Document requirements as user stories or use cases • Collaborate with business partners, solution architects, developers, and QA teams • Review test plans and associated test case scenarios with the QA team • Establish and maintain relationships with business units and software vendors • Assist with System Development Life Cycle tasks and deliverables for package and custom solutions • Participate in project meetings and joint application design sessions • Investigate and document detailed requirements • Interact with IT staff, business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants, and contractors • Lead conversations to identify and evaluate project risks and propose mitigation solutions • Learn digital systems to an expert level • Participate in enhancement and new-system project meetings across multiple workstreams • Develop and lead self through skills or industry training and build competencies • Promote and support Cencora policies, procedures, mission, vision, and core values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, technical business analysis, solution architecture, or a related field required • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certifications (CSPO), or equivalent certification preferred • Advanced capability in translating business needs into technical solutions, with growing breadth across related domains such as cloud integration and enterprise architecture • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on complex components and improve delivery outcomes
