📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers to assist with purchasing and implementing capital equipment • Manage sales regions as the equipment ambassador and identify needs and opportunities to grow equipment sales • Direct MWI sales staff regarding available equipment sales resources and how to access them • Assist with special projects assigned by team leadership • Serve as or assist project managers for veterinary hospital new builds, remodels, renovations, or relocations • Perform other duties as directed by the Sales director • Provide capital equipment sales and technical assistance for MWI customers and sales staff

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, call center sales, order management, or a related field required • Certification in customer service or contact center operations, or equivalent preferred • Three or more years’ experience working in a veterinary clinic or two or more years in a call center environment with an animal health products distributor or manufacturer is necessary • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with CRM Salesforce is desirable • Associate’s degree in veterinary technology or bachelor’s degree in an animal health field is preferred but not required • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
