📋 Description

• Learn about processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business • Identify strategic healthcare and business gaps where AI can create value • Help design practical AI-driven solutions for business leaders without technical backgrounds • Research, build, and showcase solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio • Track emerging technologies and AI capabilities • Analyze information and document findings • Prepare clear presentations communicating solution value to business and healthcare stakeholders • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through various projects • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • Preferably studying in a field related to the hiring department • Ability to identify strategic healthcare and business gaps where AI can create value • Ability to design practical AI-driven solutions for business leaders without technical backgrounds • Experience or ability to research, build, and showcase solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio • Ability to track emerging technologies and AI capabilities • Ability to analyze information, document findings, and prepare clear presentations • Ability to research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Must comply with all policies and standards
