📋 Description

• Support the Fondue Design System team in exploring AI-assisted workflows • Audit and structure documentation for AI readability, including semantic descriptions and schemas for reusable patterns • Prototype and test AI-assisted discovery, concepting, and composition using existing Fondue components, blocks, sections, and patterns • Validate outputs against established standards for accessibility, consistency, and quality • Document findings and recommendations • Evaluate where AI can improve design speed without sacrificing accessibility, consistency, or quality • Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore career opportunities • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to projects • Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed • Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period • Must remain enrolled through the internship period • Academic field related to the hiring department • Compliance with all policies and standards
