📋 Description

• Perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for the assigned function • Support business initiatives through data analysis • Identify implementation barriers • Conduct user acceptance testing of new systems • Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects • Recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • SQL editing and query manipulation strongly preferred • Intermediate Excel experience, including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup, highly preferred • Claims background strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 0–2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience • Project management experience preferred • Compliance with all policies and standards
