📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Provide data-driven insights to enhance operational performance • Collect and analyze operational data • Develop dashboards and reports • Document business processes • Identify trends and root causes • Support continuous improvement projects • Assist with project management and governance activities • Work with project managers, identity and access management teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners • Support reporting, process optimization, governance activities, and strategic initiatives • Learn processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Apply academic knowledge and develop new skills through project contributions • Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed • Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • Graduate program must be in a field related to the hiring department • Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must not require sponsorship, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT • Must comply with all policies and standards
