📋 Description

• Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Contribute to projects supporting strategic initiatives, business performance, operational efficiency, and member, provider, and employee experience • Support work across project management, process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, workforce planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness • Learn various job functions and explore career opportunities within Managed Care • Apply academic knowledge and develop new skills through project work • Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • Preferably studying in a field related to the hiring department • Ability to contribute to projects and communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management • Must comply with all policies and standards
