📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions • Prepare quality campaign and vendor performance reports • Analyze data related to performance metrics and quality gap closures • Document Power BI data flows, processes, and reporting procedures • Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs • Learn about processes and functions within the Managed Care industry through projects supporting the business • Learn job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore career opportunities • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through various projects • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or coursework with Power BI, SQL, Python, and basic programming • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and macros • Analytical mindset with an interest in data visualization and business reporting • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period, preferably in a field related to the hiring department • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT
