📋 Description

• Analyze existing BI data flows • Trace dashboard dependencies from SQL Server to their original sources • Identify opportunities to migrate or route reporting data directly to Snowflake • Document data lineage and migration requirements • Collaborate with business and technical teams • Assist with implementing and validating an end-to-end Snowflake pipeline • Present recommendations for future migrations • Learn processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Contribute to projects supporting the business and apply academic knowledge • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • Preferably studying a field related to the hiring department • Some coursework or experience with databases, SQL, reporting, or data analytics is preferred but not required • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT • Analytical, curious, organized, and comfortable solving problems • Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams
