📋 Description

• Manage compliance department functions, including periodic monitoring and auditing activities • Manage approval and submission of timely and accurate contract and regulatory reports • Oversee contract updates and contracts with Health Plans, States and consultants/vendors • Conduct periodic assessments against contract requirements • Oversee corrective action plans to reduce or eliminate compliance risk and performance deficiencies • Collaborate with Health Plans and States to maintain or improve customer satisfaction and contract compliance • Manage review and submission of consumer and provider communication materials • Manage responses to state regulatory agency complaints and inquiries • Determine licensure requirements and administer ongoing licensure maintenance • Support RFP responses and new business implementations through assigned compliance tasks • Participate in new business implementations and track required contract report deliverables and materials • Design, implement and improve processes addressing federal, state and contract compliance issues • Create and deliver annual and as-needed compliance training for employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, compliance or related field or equivalent experience • 4–6 years of compliance experience • Experience with risk assessment against contract and regulatory requirements • Experience creating and executing auditing, monitoring and reporting processes • Experience administering corrective action plans • Experience implementing written policies and procedures • Experience developing and delivering compliance training and education • Managed health and/or behavioral health experience preferred • Candidate must reside in Indiana per contract requirements
