📋 Description

• Support Design Operations and UX Research initiatives, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and project coordination • Build and maintain Airtable solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows connecting operational data across systems • Analyze UX project metrics, team capacity, and delivery outcomes • Document processes and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness • Learn job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore career opportunities • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through project contributions • Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed • Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period • Graduate program enrollment must continue through the internship period • Knowledge of Airtable solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows • Ability to analyze UX project metrics, team capacity, and delivery outcomes • Ability to research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry
