📋 Description

• Manage a team responsible for driving strategic business and technology initiatives • Source talent, coach, train, mentor and provide feedback; conduct annual reviews and handle HR matters • Support strategic oversight of the department across healthcare, business improvement/transformation, program and project management, organizational change management, customer experience and strategy • Lead Program Managers in achieving strategic goals and operational efficiency • Establish partnerships with the business and technology, build trust and encourage collaboration with Senior Management • Partner with senior management to identify initiatives, define scope, problem statements, stakeholders and expected outcomes for portfolio prioritization • Lead highly complex or sensitive initiatives involving Legal / Compliance or significant organizational, process and technology impacts • Ensure initiative scope, multi-year strategy and implementation plans support operational efficiency and excellent customer experience • Establish governance frameworks covering strategy maps, policies and procedures, balanced scorecards, reporting, escalation management, risk and compliance mitigation, resource/vendor management, and training/communication • Oversee measurement to validate completeness, accuracy and value in product delivery • Produce executive-level reporting on department goals, ROI, on-time delivery and internal customer satisfaction • Act as a change agent and build unity during change • Apply project management techniques to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 8+ years of experience in at least three of the following: project management, process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture • PMP, Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridge’s Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma preferred
