• Leads change communications supporting business integration activities • Drives clarity, consistency, and adoption during change • Develops workforce engagement communication strategies • Monitors employee sentiment and recommend communication actions • Partners with functional leaders to ensure message consistency • Supports enterprise transformation initiatives • Measures communication effectiveness and recommend improvements • Maintains governance for enterprise communication planning
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field required • 7+ years internal communications, employee communications, or change communications experience required • Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives • Building executive relationships • Managing multiple priorities • Communicating complex business topics to diverse audiences preferred
