📋 Description

• Identify quality performance trends • Develop key strategic quality improvement programs and initiatives • Ensure programs and initiatives are implemented to improve quality rating system performance • Partner with Product teams to incorporate quality and Stars requirements into product strategy, benefit design, member engagement solutions, and operational enhancements • Analyze quality data using product scorecards, provider scorecards, and enterprise dashboards • Develop programs and initiatives in response to quality trends • Assist stakeholders in determining root causes of business issues and recommend solutions • Ensure implementation of strategic programs and initiatives with key stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality, including STARS, QRS, and HPRS • Medicare Stars experience highly preferred • Lean Six Sigma or CPHQ preferred
