📋 Description

• Document how Enterprise Learning teams currently evaluate and report learning effectiveness • Survey learning teams and administer a survey • Organize responses and reporting examples into common themes • Partner with Enterprise Analytics Solutions to understand available capabilities • Connect current practices to evaluation approaches, including Kirkpatrick where appropriate • Create an executive-ready presentation or visual resource • Learn processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Contribute to projects supporting the business • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through projects • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, instructional design, education, human resource development, communications, or a related field • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong survey, research, organization, visual storytelling, communication, and presentation skills are preferred • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, survey tools, or data visualization is helpful • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must be available for virtual collaboration during the team’s core business hours • Must work full time, 40 hours per week, during the 12-week summer internship
