📋 Description

• Analyze pharmacy and medical claims data to identify trends and opportunities • Review clinical literature to support evidence-based decisions • Assist with new drug reviews and benefit design recommendations • Support medication quality and appropriate-use initiatives • Contribute to clinical, operational, and cross-functional projects • Gain exposure to large data sets and AI applications in pharmacy • Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore career opportunities • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through various projects • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmacy experience in a retail, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry setting preferred • Experience reviewing clinical literature or completing independent projects preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Demonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work through ambiguity • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department, through the internship period • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • The company is unable to sponsor employment authorization, including candidates working under CPT or OPT
