📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between providers, the health plan and Corporate • Investigate and resolve provider physician injectable claims issues • Perform training, orientation and coaching for performance improvement within physician practices • Serve as the primary contact for providers regarding pharmacy concerns • Conduct monthly face-to-face provider meetings and document discussions, issues, attendees and action items • Research claims issues on-site and route them to the appropriate party for resolution • Receive and respond to provider-related issues • Recommend changes in pricing subsystems • Attend weekly Case Management meetings to assist with pharmacy or medication concerns • Educate providers on pharmacy-related policies, procedures, website use and problem solving • Perform provider orientations and update orientation materials when necessary • Comply with all policies and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Arizona Complete Health- AZ CPhT is required • 3+ years of combined public relations and pharmacy related experience • Knowledge of health care, managed care, Medicare or Medicaid preferred • Claims billing/coding knowledge preferred • Valid driver’s license • Good driving record • Ability to travel • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred • CPhT license preferred
