📋 Description

• Support the Business Implementation & Strategic Initiatives team in planning and executing key projects • Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, deliverables, and action items • Participate in project and stakeholder meetings • Prepare status updates and project materials • Analyze information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support successful project execution • Learn processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Contribute to projects supporting the business • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through various projects • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in project management, business, operations, strategy, or a related field • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong organization, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools • Strong attention to detail • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Applicants working under CPT or OPT are not eligible because the company cannot sponsor employment authorization
