📋 Description

• Lead business case development for proposed initiatives, assessing opportunities, risks, and return on investment • Support planning and prioritization of initiatives within the strategic and business planning process • Ensure initiatives support the strategic business plan and meet key business objectives • Transition approved business cases into initiatives with clear documentation and responsibilities • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives driving performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and improved compliance • Provide strategic and policy guidance for assigned initiatives • Organize work teams and drive consensus through project planning, engagement, facilitation, recommendation documentation, and implementation oversight • Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skills • Support project work using Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • Lead staff responsible for initiatives in the company operating plan, supporting their development, completion, and communication • Assist other project leaders with facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, and project management issues • Write and deliver communications across all organizational levels • Provide related support to improve business performance • Perform other assigned duties and comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required • Master's Degree in a related field preferred • 6+ years managing projects required • Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, organize work teams, facilitate meetings, build consensus, analyze data and workflows, and manage projects
