📋 Description

• Lead analytic service delivery by aligning strategic objectives with tools, capabilities, and analytic team deployment • Provide leadership across multiple health plan and business partners and functional areas • Support healthcare analytics, financial modeling, savings validation, forecasting, performance monitoring, and executive reporting • Partner with clinical, operational, and business leaders to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and support data-informed decision making • Direct enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives • Translate business goals into actionable solutions, performance improvement opportunities, and value realization efforts • Support development between business and technical partners and translate analytical findings into business recommendations and operational strategies • Communicate strategic intent and visibility to analytic teams • Manage executive customer expectations and relationships • Align team goals and resource deployment with strategic objectives and business needs • Serve as primary domain contact and escalation point to ensure customer partnership and satisfaction • Lead analytics strategy realization, including forecasting, savings validation, KPI development, and business outcome measurement • Guide leaders across analytic domains to align business needs and co-develop analytic solutions • Mentor and manage leaders and analysts and ensure their continuous development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or related field • 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics • Experience leading an organization, creating strategic plans, and operationalizing functional teams to meet business needs or strategic objectives • Working knowledge of SQL/querying languages • Experience with table creation and indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures • Ability to partner with technical teams and interpret complex analytical outputs • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train people leaders across multiple areas of focus • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Direct experience in strategic planning, value realization, healthcare cost optimization initiatives, and solution development preferred • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, performance measurement, and healthcare analytics in a healthcare business environment preferred • Preferred knowledge of Python and R • Knowledge of data modeling, trend analysis, root-cause analysis, forecasting, savings validation methodologies, and healthcare performance measurement preferred • Experience leading change management initiatives and supporting strategic business initiatives preferred • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI
