📋 Description

• Learn about processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Develop professionally by contributing to projects supporting the business • Learn to administer, design, develop, and implement IT and business processes on the ServiceNow Platform team • Gather and validate business requirements and translate them into functional technological requirements • Analyze and verify requirements • Track project statuses and communicate changes to stakeholders • Build knowledge of best practice implementation standards • Execute test cases and plan user acceptance testing (UAT) • Write and maintain procedures and user documentation • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • Preferably studying Computer Information Systems, Information Systems or a field related to the hiring department • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT • Ability to gather and validate business requirements and translate them into clear functional technological requirements • Ability to analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and conformity to standards • Ability to execute test cases, plan user acceptance testing (UAT), and write and maintain procedures and user documentation
