📋 Description

• Conduct UX/UI research to assess provider portals and identify opportunities to improve the clinician experience • Support provider communication strategy and social media modernization across Illinois • Provide coordination, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up support as needed • Learn job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore career opportunities • Apply academic knowledge and develop new skills through projects • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period • Preferably pursuing a field related to the hiring department, such as marketing, communications, or design • Must remain enrolled through the internship period
