📋 Description

• Supervise the care management team and care coordination of behavioral health members • Promote quality and efficacy of care management delivery for mental and behavioral health needs • Supervise day-to-day escalations and care management issues related to members or providers • Monitor and review required care management documentation for regulatory and contractual compliance • Assign caseloads based on state requirements, staff experience, and member needs • Work with senior management on escalated and complex behavioral health cases • Provide guidance to junior team members on member concerns • Educate and provide resources to the care management team on initiatives and member outreach • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback on goals and career milestones • Coach and guide care management team members and providers on care quality, service and care plan options, procedures, referrals, and healthcare benefits • Monitor reports and quality/productivity metrics; perform regular staff audits as needed • Assist with onboarding, hiring, and training care management team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Illinois • Able to travel up to 10% of the time • Licensed Clinician with experience supporting children in a Behavioral Health setting • Experience partnering with Care Coordination and Support Organizations (CCSOs) providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills • Previous leadership experience • Master's degree or graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing • 4+ years of related experience • Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN based on state contract requirements, e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or RN with BH experience • Complies with all policies and standards
