📋 Description

• Manage up-front third party evaluations and relationships with Delegation partners • Manage performance management standards and financial responsibility • Proactively implement appropriate business solutions • Act as the critical link between Delegation partners and internal Departments • Facilitate services from initial launch through day-to-day interactions • Provide direct Account Management responsibilities, including scheduling regular meetings, agenda management, documentation and minutes • Create SLA performance dashboards and reporting with Delegated entities • Maintain regular communications with leads at Delegated entities • Communicate plan needs internally and to Delegated entities • Direct, monitor and/or contribute to complex special projects and planning initiatives involving Delegated Care Management/Utilization Management entities • Ensure payments are accurate and timely for care management services rendered

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field or equivalent experience • Five plus years of experience supporting working with Primary Care Providers • Account Management experience working in Healthcare or related field • Able to present to executive-level teams at the delegated entities • Up to 10% travel required
