📋 Description

• Review a limited number of new residential Construction to Permanent loans for closing approval • Order and review residential construction inspection reports • Submit documentation for construction draw approval • Review builder applications and related documents • Submit builder packages for approval • Update logs with current completion, insurance, and Notice of Commencement information • Submit invoices for payments • Complete required BSA/AML and other assigned compliance training • Assist Construction Team Leads, Specialists, Administrators, and Assistants with mortgage construction coordination • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college • 2 years related experience and/or training • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume • Ability to apply fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations • Ability to utilize common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions • Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in routine situations • Intermediate proficiency with 10-Key, alphanumeric data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing/typing • Basic proficiency with accounting, contact management, and payroll systems • Strong organizational skills • Self-discipline • Ability to multitask • Good understanding of Microsoft Office products • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
