• Solicit residential first mortgages through contacts with Realtors, builders, and developers • Interview loan applicants and make credit decisions • Analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness • Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver loan package in a timely manner • Maintain high levels of customer service while managing applicants' expectations
🎯 Requirements
• Equivalent to a four year college degree • 4 years related experience and/or training • 2 years related management experience • Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business articles • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees • Ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately • Ability to solve practical problems in varying situations • No supervision required
