📋 Description

• Support MarCom operations through the administration and maintenance of productivity and workflow management tools, including Optimizely • Assist with creating and maintaining workflows, request forms, task briefs, templates, routing rules, and other operational assets • Create, organize, and maintain documentation related to MarCom processes, procedures, and best practices • Assist with sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization activities, and related coordination efforts • Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple campaigns and initiatives • Track action items and help ensure projects progress through established workflows • Support recurring marketing initiatives, including newsletters, webinars, and other communication programs • Identify process improvements and use project management tools, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence to streamline processes and improve efficiency • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing projects and campaigns • Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Basic understanding of project management concepts and marketing processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Experience with project management, work management, or productivity platforms such as Optimizely, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools is a plus • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus • Experience creating process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or training materials is a plus • Interest in marketing operations, project management, process improvement, or marketing technology (MarTech) is a plus • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, webinars, or communication initiatives is a plus • Knowledge of workflow automation or process optimization concepts is a plus
