📋 Description
• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment • Bring energy and compassion to each session at a child’s home, center, or in the community • Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders • Celebrate small wins and life-changing milestones • Participate in paid training, coaching, and mapped-out career milestones • Complete required training and documentation • Meet physical requirements including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting items up to 20 pounds, and driving
🎯 Requirements
• H.S. Diploma or GED • 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) • Telehealth/Virtual Experience Preferred • Flexible availability, especially Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays • Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated) • Reliable transportation • Comfort working with diverse populations • Willingness to complete training and documentation • Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client • Patience, energy, and optimism • Love of working with kids • Ability to work in flexible, dynamic environments
