📋 Description
• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment • Bring energy and compassion to each session at a child’s home, a center, or in the community • Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders • Celebrate small wins and support life-changing milestones • Participate in a flexible, on-the-go role with varied daily activities • Complete training and documentation • Frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client • Support children with autism and other developmental needs through Applied Behavior Analysis
🎯 Requirements
• H.S. Diploma or GED • 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) • Telehealth/Virtual Experience Preferred • Flexible availability, especially Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays • Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated) • Reliable transportation • Comfort working with diverse populations • Willingness to complete training and documentation • Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client
