📋 Description
• Provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention to individuals in mental health crises. • Conduct outreach calls to promote safety and service linkage. • Attend trainings, team meetings, and contribute to quality assurance. • Demonstrate high-level customer service and professional etiquette. • Promote collaboration with departments and community resources. • Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required. • One year preferred.
