📋 Description

• provide comprehensive virtual primary care and coordinate interdisciplinary care • support achievement of quality, Stars, HEDIS, risk adjustment, and value-based care outcomes • maintain high patient satisfaction and engagement • ensure accurate, compliant documentation • lead a multi-state team of APPs • conduct performance reviews and development planning • monitor clinical, operational, and quality performance metrics • manage provider scheduling, PTO, and coverage planning • promote evidence-based care, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license • active, unrestricted NP license in 2-3 or more of the following states: FL, TX, AZ, GA, LA, NC, SC, MS, VA prior to the start of employment • national board certification • DEA registration and prescriptive authority • 5 or more years of clinical experience • 2 or more years of provider leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
