📋 Description

• Lead planning and execution of strategic clinical operations initiatives supporting enterprise goals and operational readiness • Establish and maintain consistent communication channels across internal teams and business partners • Lead process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across clinical operations • Provide procurement and contract management oversight for clinical enablement-related vendors, services, and deliverables • Manage change order processes, including impact assessment, stakeholder communication, and implementation coordination • Serve as a cross-functional liaison across clinical operations, technology, claims, procurement, contract management, external customers, and enterprise partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field • 4 or more years of experience in process improvement and large-scale implementation work • Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, healthcare operations, managed care, government healthcare programs, or related operational strategy roles • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment • Strong knowledge of workflow mapping, process analysis, process improvement, and operational standardization • Experience supporting system transitions, operational readiness, testing, implementation planning, or enterprise initiatives • Ability to translate strategic objectives and operational needs into actionable plans, requirements, and measurable outcomes • Government contract requires US citizenship • Home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: Experience with TRICARE, military health, or government healthcare programs • Preferred: Experience with procurement, contract oversight, vendor management, or change order management • Preferred: Current work experience with Lucidchart
