📋 Description

• Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries • Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks • Address customer needs, including complex benefit questions • Resolve customer issues and educate members • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, transactions, and interactions • Take action according to recorded customer interactions • Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances • Work within defined parameters, quality standards, priorities, timing, policies, and guidelines under close supervision

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience • Live in one of the following states: Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Arizona, Missouri, North Carolina, or New Mexico • Strong customer service orientation • Strong attention to detail • Strong typing and computer navigation skills • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities • Ability to use multiple computer applications simultaneously • Effective verbal and listening communication skills • Passion for contributing to continuous improvement of consumer experience • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
