📋 Description

• Enter prescriptions in ePost sent by physicians for further processing by other departments • Perform varied, moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations • Meet or exceed department production and quality goals/metrics • Interpret area/department policies and methods to complete assignments • Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards • Work under minimal direction with independent discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active license/registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Board of Pharmacy in Florida, Arizona, or Ohio • 1 or more years of experience in a retail, clinical, or mail order pharmacy setting • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • National certification through PTCB CPhT or NHA ExCPT preferred • Must live in Florida, Arizona, or Ohio • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Ability to work an 8-hour Monday-Friday shift, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. within the employee’s time zone • Ability to work overtime, including late evenings or weekends, based on business needs
