📋 Description
• Collaborate with analytics teams to develop performance dashboards including defining metrics, developing sprint plans, driving metric development, designing dashboard UI/UX, putting in place processes to QA metrics, and quality checking metrics • Own, design, and execute specifications related to budgets, forecasts, staffing ratios, data analysis, data modeling, KPIs, technology enablement and integrations. • Monitor progress and performance against strategic care integration project plans and care integration programs roadmap. • Establish collaborative relationships and work with strategic key stakeholders, including clinical teams, technology and data analytics leaders, and care integration team (CIT) leadership to support program and project implementation and facilitate adoption of new strategies and tactics. • Manage special projects at the request of National Director of Program Delivery on an ad-hoc basis to support care integration programs strategic goals across range of topics, including operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience working with managed care and/or care management leaders in evaluating program design and cost of care opportunities • 3+ years of experience working with analytics and product teams • 2+ years of project leadership experience • Experience working in health care environment and/or managed care • Proficient in Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access)
