📋 Description

• performs analysis of business, process and user needs • documentation of requirements • cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications • work assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues • creates and defines systems and goals based on user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements • creates processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations • validates benefits achieved from solution implementation • influences department's strategy • makes technical decisions on moderately complex to complex components • exercises considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience • 5+ years of Primary Care/Healthcare related experience • Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation • Demonstrated experience with process project requirements documentation • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
