📋 Description

• Apply and integrate advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making • Assess organizational staffing and identify requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives • Analyze talent and staffing needs based on enterprise-level strategic planning • Apply professional concepts, standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards • Make decisions regarding work approach and priorities while following direction • Work according to documented procedures, regulations and professional standards • Participate in HireVue interviewing as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year consumer service operation or customer service experience • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail • Workstyle: Remote • Must be willing to work between 6:30 AM Eastern and 2:00 PM Eastern Tuesday through Saturday • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Self-provided internet service; satellite, cellular and microwave connections require leadership approval
