📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Centric Planning implementation projects • Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and resource planning • Build trusted relationships with customer executives, project sponsors and key stakeholders • Lead project governance, steering committee meetings and executive status reviews • Coordinate delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical architects and developers • Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies • Maintain delivery quality while meeting customer expectations and commercial targets • Drive adoption of Project Management Office standards, governance and best practices • Partner with Product, Customer Success and Global Delivery to improve implementation methodologies • Support pre-sales with implementation strategies, project estimates and delivery approaches • Mentor junior project managers and strengthen delivery capability across the Planning practice

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects • Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise applications • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies • Ability to stay organized in complex environments, lead cross-functional teams and balance customer success with commercial outcomes • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations • Experience in retail planning, merchandise planning, supply chain or retail technology would be an advantage • PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent certification would be an advantage
