📋 Description

• Facilitate end-to-end agile delivery, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Translate strategy, priorities, and team resources into executable sprint and release plans • Keep day-to-day execution aligned with strategic priorities • Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team and external dependencies • Protect the team’s focus to support consistent delivery • Produce roadmaps, prioritization and trade-off views, delivery reports, and status overviews • Provide leadership with information for prioritization and investment decisions • Track velocity, throughput, burn-down, cycle time, defect rate, and delivery-performance metrics • Identify time or quality losses and implement measurable improvements • Establish, document, and enforce delivery and quality standards • Adapt agile practices to an AI-accelerated development pace • Manage and refine the backlog with product owners and project leads • Ensure upcoming work is estimated and aligned with stakeholder needs • Coach the team, improve agile discipline, enforce commitments and standards, and foster high-performing delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, or agile project/program management roles • Active Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) • Deep, demonstrated command of Scrum and other agile frameworks, including Kanban, SAFe, and Lean • Knowledge of servant-leadership practice • Experience translating strategy and priorities into executable team plans and maintaining delivery alignment • Experience producing delivery metrics, status products, and reporting supporting leadership decision-making and prioritization • Experience using delivery data and metrics to measurably improve team efficiency and quality • Experience setting delivery or quality standards, holding teams accountable, and coaching teams to higher performance • Proficiency with agile delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • Public Trust clearance
