📋 Description

• Clean, prepare, and document structured datasets • Build simple visualizations and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Python • Run basic statistical analyses under close supervision • Execute predefined analytic tasks and templates following established methods and processes • Conduct quality assurance on reports and data pipelines • Investigate known data issues using standard troubleshooting steps and escalate novel or ambiguous questions • Contribute to recurring data and analytics reports for internal stakeholders • Support colleagues’ use of data management and reporting systems by answering routine questions and directing them to documentation • Develop foundational data analysis skills and business knowledge through training, coaching, and hands-on project work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role • Foundational knowledge of statistics, data wrangling, and visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data preparation and reporting • Ability to follow established methods and processes, while recognizing when to escalate novel or ambiguous issues • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to internal stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assigned tasks under close supervision • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor • Candidates must reside in one of the locations identified in the job posting
