📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs • Analyze client data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify programming as clinically appropriate • Provide remote clinical supervision, guidance, and support to RBTs and other clinical staff • Coordinate with on-site staff to support effective implementation of treatment plans and clinical programming • Utilize Behavior Skills Training to train, coach, and develop staff competency • Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, training, and professional development support to RBTs and other staff pursuing BCBA or other advanced clinical credentials, as assigned • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans and programming as needed • Train and support parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team in ABA strategies • Collaborate with educational teams, related service providers, and other professionals as appropriate • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness • Participate in clinical, center, and professional development meetings as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification required • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment while providing effective supervision, support, and collaboration to clinical staff • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs • Ability to kneel, squat, and move actively during sessions • Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods
