📋 Description

• Complete, monitor, recommend, and anticipate claims support needs to aid claims administration • Ensure data integrity and security in all claims support processing activities • Ensure compliance with special state requirements through real-time monitoring and administration • Utilize C&F AI and automation tools to streamline work • Collaborate as part of a self-organizing, cross-functional claims team • Support continuous process improvement and claims operations for the Commercial Lines division

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma and 6+ years of relevant work experience • Solution-focused, self-starter, and team player • Preferred experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and/or MSP (Medicare Secondary Payer); not essential, but good to have: Indemnity Data Call • Resourceful problem solver with a quick learning ability for new concepts, methods, and technology • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Continuous improvement mindset and comfort with change • Detail-oriented and resolution-driven • Capable of working across complex organizations • Curiosity about AI and machine learning applications in insurance, and eagerness to experiment • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
