📋 Description

• Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and bellwether/trial preparation. • Assist, and lead (depending on experience) in discovery efforts, including identifying key documents, assisting with and deposing witnesses, and preparing discovery responses. • Assist with and conduct and defend depositions (fact and expert). • Draft pleadings, motions (including dispositive and evidentiary motions), discovery requests/responses, fact sheets, and other critical mass tort litigation documents. • Work closely with expert witnesses – from vetting to preparation. • Participate in trial preparation, including theme development, witness outlines, exhibits, and pretrial filings. • Assist in courtroom trial work, depending on experience. • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-level strategy and execution. • Capacity to manage complex legal matters both independently and as part of a team.

🎯 Requirements
