📋 Description
• Drive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of AI tools • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents • Create self-service tools and intelligent assistants • Establish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage • Partner with People leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities • Own the automation roadmap and deliver solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, Data Engineering, and vendors • Lead the technical delivery of new system implementations
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications • Demonstrated ability to architect and build AI-powered tools • Working knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure • Experience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript • Familiarity with modern People Technology ecosystems • Strong communication skills • High ownership mindset • Degree, Masters or equivalent educational background
