📋 Description

• Provide Deputy Project Manager coverage, including schedule management, milestone tracking, and customer relations • Lead discovery sessions, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder workshops • Establish and maintain traceability from statutory rules through platform configuration and user acceptance • Author and execute agency onboarding playbooks, data-mapping templates, readiness checklists, and training procedures • Coordinate user roles, role-based access control workflows, case-support needs, and data classification procedures • Synthesize technical analytics findings into executive recommendations, dashboards, and briefings • Lead operational readiness documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer packages • Maintain project records for risks, cross-agency dependencies, critical decisions, action items, and audit-ready test evidence

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of technology project management, business systems analysis, or enterprise information systems experience • PMP certification or comparable advanced project management credential required • Experience delivering technology or data-driven projects for local, state, military, or federal government entities • Documented experience eliciting, structuring, and documenting complex business rules and data governance policies • Strong background in workflow mapping, data ownership analysis, and modernizing legacy governance procedures • Experience developing user acceptance testing scripts, configuring test case repositories, and defining quantitative technical acceptance criteria • Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings, system architectures, or analytics models into executive briefings and recommendations • Must be a U.S.-based citizen or resident • Must successfully clear an FDLE Level II background screening, including fingerprinting, within 5 business days of contract award • Preferred experience with government financial, procurement, contract management, grant tracking, or audit/oversight agencies • Experience navigating large, multi-agency, or multi-department government stakeholder environments preferred • Experience developing data governance procedures, user lifecycle guidelines, or data classification standards preferred • Experience supporting business intelligence dashboard design or reporting system modernization preferred • Experience creating training materials, operator guides, or knowledge-transfer curriculum for government personnel preferred • Resume must explicitly detail government customer, program scale and complexity, management authority, target audience, and measurable results for past contract positions
