📋 Description

• Provide contract-facing delivery control • Sprint reporting • Staffing continuity • Invoice-period support • Quality review • Manage the contract rhythm without overburdening the key developer • Coordinate sprint planning inputs • Weekly status reporting • Risk/issue tracking • Staffing coverage • COR communications • Invoice-period reporting • Quality review • Compliance follow-through

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project or delivery management experience • Federal contract delivery experience • Experience managing Agile/Kanban software sustainment or O&M • Experience with sprint status reporting, risks/issues, staffing coverage, and deliverable acceptance • Ability to manage a small technical team without adding unnecessary overhead • Experience coordinating with CORs, Product Owners, business testers, security staff, and platform teams • Understanding of change control and release governance • Ability to enforce contract restrictions, including no use of generative AI for deliverables unless authorized by the Contracting Officer • Strongly Preferred: ServiceNow delivery experience; GSA MAS task order experience; Library, federal civilian, or cultural/records agency experience; PMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent; Experience managing FFP sprint-based invoicing.
