📋 Description

• Partner with the COO as a senior strategic operator • Translate strategy into action and build operational clarity • Enable the COO to focus on high-leverage decisions • Anticipate information needs, pressure-test decisions, and prepare briefings • Represent the COO in cross-functional and executive settings • Facilitate executive meetings, offsites, and organization-wide leadership processes • Keep high-stakes work moving when the COO is unavailable • Build and maintain operating rhythms from weekly cadences to annual planning • Audit and improve key processes across the Operations function • Ensure the team executes agreed plans consistently and rigorously

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in operational, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles within a fast-moving tech or mission-driven organization • Meaningful experience operating at or near the executive level • Demonstrated success supporting or partnering directly with a COO, CEO, or other C-suite executive • Experience through a period of significant organizational change • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or Strategy/Operations lead • Background in operations functions such as finance, people, legal, or equivalent • Ability to work in the US, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico • Resumes/application questions must be submitted in English
