• High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center operations, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences across multiple communication platforms. • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to build relationships and navigate conversations with professionalism and empathy. • Ability to accurately process and enter information into various software systems. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
