📋 Description

• Meet with clients upon admission, build rapport, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and establish treatment needs • Present programming information to help clients access care • Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults with mental health concerns • Determine appropriateness for the virtual intensive outpatient program level of care • Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria • Document client information in the electronic medical record in accordance with regulatory standards • Assign treatment team members and group schedules and inform staff of new admissions • Coordinate intake with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams • Collaborate with referral sources, including hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers • Cover morning, afternoon, evening, and potentially weekend shifts

🎯 Requirements

• Independent licensure in a mental health field required • Work authorized in the United States • Native or bilingual English proficiency • Access to reliable technology resources for uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of care • Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults preferred • Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred • Must be available 11am–7pm MT or 12pm–8pm MT, depending on shift • Weekends encouraged; alternative availability considered individually
